Dr. Stephen Lucey joined The Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics Center in Greensboro, NC in 2000. He focuses his practice on sports medicine, arthroscopy, and joint replacement and reconstruction. He serves as a team physician for several local sports teams, from youth leagues to the college level. Additionally, he serves as team physician for the United States National & Olympic Soccer teams. Dr. Lucey is currently performing minimally invasive joint replacement and reconstruction surgery with cutting edge technology. These techniques allows for smaller incisions, earlier return to function, and less pain.
